At NextG Ideaz LLC, we strive to provide reliable and timely shipping services within the United States. Please read our updated policy below for details.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

For bulk or large quantity orders (10 or more units of the same product):

  • Processing times may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on order size and carrier availability.
  • Customers will be notified of any significant delays and may receive a separate shipping schedule.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states), excluding:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military or diplomatic APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • P.O. boxes are also excluded, as our carriers do not support deliveries to these locations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Delivery times are estimated at 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

For bulk or large quantity orders:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply based on the weight and size of the order. These charges will be communicated during checkout or via email after the order is placed.
  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and may require special handling.

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or carrier disruptions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Damages During Shipping

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely. However:

  • NextG Ideaz LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to:
    • Retain all packaging materials.
    • Photograph the damaged items and packaging as evidence.

Bulk Orders & Special Conditions

For bulk or large quantity orders (10 or more units of the same product):

  • Signature upon delivery may be required for added security.
  • Split shipments may occur, and you will be notified of separate tracking details if applicable.
  • Cancellation or return requests for bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NextG Ideaz LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.

  • Upon inquiry, we will provide:
    • Confirmation of delivery.
    • Tracking details.
    • Carrier information.

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier to investigate further.

Shipping Restrictions

We aim to comply with all federal and state shipping regulations. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to:

  • Legal limitations (e.g., hazardous materials).
  • Carrier-imposed restrictions.
